- Product Description: A Predator for Management of White-grubs/other soil insect pests.
- Benefits: NEMA POWER is an effective solution for the management of white-grubs in various crops. Entomopathogenic nematodes (EPN) are exceptionally safe biological control agents. EPN's are specific to insects and are not a threat to the environment unlike chemical insecticide. Farmer friendly which is easy to apply with conventional equipments.
- Recommended Crops: Areca nut, Sugarcane, Apple, Banana, Cardamom, Groundnut, Potato, Ginger, Turmeric, Corn, turf grass and other crops.
- Dosage & application rate of NEMA POWER: NEMA POWER has 0.5 to 2.0x105 nematode juveniles per gram. 8-12.5 kg. per ha. per application depending on the insect life stage is ideal. Mix the formulation with 50-100 kg. saw dust/coir pith or sand for ease of application/spread in the root zone (OR) mix 5-10 Nema Power with 1 ltr. of water and drench thoroughly in the root zone. A light irrigation in dry and semi-dry soil conditions is preferred after application.
